We place well-being and professional equality at the heart of our commitment to our employees, while raising their awareness on CSR issues. We actively engage them through various events and workshops throughout the year.
We care for cultural sharing
From the moment they arrive, guests are welcomed with a traditional gift: a lei made from local flowers. Throughout their stay, our team organizes complimentary cultural workshops for guests who wish to learn how to weave crowns, hats or bags from coconut palm leaves, tie their own pāreu, craft floral crowns, or prepare the traditional Tahitian poisson cru. Upon departure, each guest receives a small bottle of mono’i, coconut oil infused with our iconic Tiare Tahiti flower, along with a card explaining its cultural significance.
We care for green leadership
To involve our staff in the hotel’s CSR initiatives, we created a team of Green Ambassadors responsible for implementing the “We Care” sustainability strategy. These ambassadors actively contribute to the evolution of our CSR projects and decision-making processes. In parallel, we have also formed a Green Team, bringing together committed employees who participate in CSR events throughout the year, such as monthly clean-ups, to strengthen the impact of our ecological efforts.
We care for team spirit
We offer our team a variety of cohesion activities designed to strengthen team spirit and encourage meaningful interactions within the Resort. These include inter-hotel sports competitions held throughout the year, as well as internal contests such as painting competitions, allowing employees to express their creativity, and a Va’a race challenge, where teams compete in a spirited and friendly atmosphere. These activities foster solidarity and create memorable, shared moments.
We care for talent development
We prioritize local recruitment and provide our staff with ongoing training programs to support their professional development. This includes conferences and field visits led by guest experts. Through internships, we also help local students discover the hospitality and tourism industries, offering them practical experience and opening the door to future career opportunities in the region.
