Here, our restaurant chef, Marc Daniel, has created inspired degustation menus, best paired with vino recommended by our sommelier. Dress code: resort evening. We kindly ask that male guests wear long trousers, a collared shirt and covered shoes, and female guests wear a dress or blouse with pants or a skirt.
